Join us at the Fall Creek Township Community (116th and Brooks School Road) room anytime between 6-8 p.m. for a night of family fun and fellowship! We are having a community party to benefit the food pantry at Fishers United Methodist Church. There will be crafts and games for the kids along with lots of ice cream! The Community room is located behind the fire station on 116th and Brooks School Road.

We are accepting food and/or monetary donations along with gift cards from Marsh and Kroger. If you would like to donate, but are not able to attend the party, please call Kelly Stewart (605-3672) or Kim Sugg (506-5214) to arrange for us to pick up your donation.

The food pantry is located in the Fellowship Hall Building behind FUMC. Each Wednesday, clients receive a full weeks worth of food, laundry and personal care items. Client may receive assistance one time per month. Trained advocates pray with the families and also partner with local churches and community organizations to further assist the families.

From Oct. 2007/Oct. 2009: 257,596 lbs of food were distributed, 34,022 lbs. of personal care items were distributed, 18,000 volunteer hours were worked and 4,350 families were served. Number of total family members served: 19,924!
