Marie, I have the Realtor.com app on my Android smart phone.  It's pretty handy, but doubt it's as robust as the iPad app.  I also use the BLCWireless web-based tool sanctioned by MIBOR through Kurio for mobile access.

The Realtor.com IPAD app rocks.....  Have any of you see/used it?

I have a question for the group of realtors:

We (my wife and I) are looking at purchasing properties that total and estimate of $75K.  We were just informed that investor loans require 20-30% down in order to obtain financing.  Are there any programs that are available that will accept 10% down and will carry a second on the loan.  We have a savings that will cover 10% and closing - but 20 - 30% is very deep for us at this time.  Therefore, we were "Assuming" that we would be able to obtain an equity loan on our current home that has an estimate of $44K equity.  How does that work and what options would you recommend?

Any assistance would be appreciated.
