The national award winning choirs from Center Grove High School will present their annual Showcase of Champions Tuesday, March 19.
All choirs in the department will perform in this comprehensive show celebrating the end of the competition season. The varsity concert choir, CG Singers, along with varsity show choirs, CG Sound System and The Debtones will be joined by the junior varsity show choirs, Surround Sound and Accents to present their 2013 Competition Shows. The show will also feature performances from the Counterpoints, Choralaires, Descants and Gents. Each choir will present entertaining shows filled with challenging vocal numbers, dancing and stunning costumes.
The Show is open to the public and will be presented at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 19 in the CGHS Performing Arts Center at 2717 S. Morgantown Road in Greenwood. Tickets will be $5 each, or $4 for seniors and students. A limited number of tickets will be sold online March 11-15 and all online tickets will be held at Will Call. Tickets will also be sold in the Center Grove High School Administrative office March 11-15 and March 18-19 from 7:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Tickets may also be available at the door.
