Noblesville Restaurant Stresses Fine, Fast, Fresh Food

Greg Prine, operating partner for Fresh Development Indiana LLC, Fresh To Order, 13230 Harrell Parkway, Noblesville, believes busy Hamilton County residents are always looking for an excellent meal that won’t cost too much.
“At Fresh To Order, we stress fine food that is made fast,” Prine says. “The concept is unique, but we have made it work very successfully. The food we serve is a finer, chef-quality meal, in a fast and casual atmosphere. So far, people have really taken to our concept and have told their friends.”
Prine noted that customers love the restaurant’s finer food at lower prices.
“We have been in Noblesville for a year now, and we are getting more brand name recognition,” Prine says. “A lot of people have told us they are glad they tried us and keep coming back. We have an elevated level of service and menu options that have really helped us take off.”
Prine stressed that the fine cuisine, combined with new menu offerings, have also helped boost business.
“Our whole diverse menu is entirely new to the area,” Prine says. “We have Chef’s Small Plates, which are delicious bites of fine food, like the Ale-laced Chicken Tenders, with honey mustard and BBQ, garlic mashed potatoes. We also have an Almond Crusted, Seared Tuna, Blackened Lime Shrimp and Crispy Calamari, among many other selections. The Chicken Tenders are my personal favorite.”
The new Chef-Inspired soups have also been a hot item.
“The Chicken Tortilla and Lentil, (Vegan or Gluten Free), have been popular and so has the Wild Mushroom,” Prine says. “Our Tomato Bisque and Wild Mushroom soups have also done well.”
Prine says the Fresh To Order franchise started in 2006. It also has restaurants in South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia and Florida. Prine noted that Fresh To Order’s healthier choices that are made quickly have been well received by the Noblesville community.
“Newer customers have told us they like how we are healthy, casual and fast,” Prine says. “We focus on the dietary needs of our customers with many healthy food choices.”

Fresh To Order’s Specialty Diet Menus include popular Gluten Free items such as Asian, Club, Southwestern, Market, Spinach and Mediterranean salads. Tofu and un-marinated Grilled Chicken Breast, among others.
“The Vegan menu has a lot of paninis, including a grilled vegetable panini, a tomato mozzarella panini and a great Black Bean Burger panini,” Prine says. “We get a lot of positive comments about our sides, including grilled vegetables, fruit salad, roasted corn peanut salad and Seared Tofu.”
Other customer favorites include Out of the Box Burgers, which include a Tuna Burger and Bison Burger.

Prine also says that Fresh To Order’s Catering business has grown dramatically.
“Word has traveled that we are fast and extremely accurate with all of our orders,” Prine says.”A lot of our customers hear about us for the first time through our catering and come to visit us at one of our restaurants.”
Fresh To Order also has a successful Castleton location. Prine believes the “no tip required” policy at the restaurant has also helped the business grow.
“We have no tipping, so you don’t have to worry about leaving a 20 to 30 percent tip,” Prine says. “You also get a high-quality meal from $10 to $14.”
