Dear My Car Doc, Please settle a bet with my wife. I say you get better fuel economy with the windows down because it lets the air flow THROUGH the car. She says you get better fuel economy with the windows up and the AC on because it lets the air flow OVER the car. I say she's silly because the AC creates drag on the engine.
