"Hi, We also live in The Moorings and love it! Visit www.themooringswebsite.com for more info and register. Did you get your welcome packet? I plan the neighborhood gathering for Moorings Village, so I am sure we will meet soon. WELCOME!"

"Thank you all for the information! We found a home in the Moorings which is a great neighborhood-with a pool! I really would have loved to move to on of the Admiral's neighborhoods, but we stopped looking there when we realized there…"

"Ms Torr, You nailed it right on the head, and perhaps, NOW, especially with temperatures rising (Im sure this thread will add to the heat of the night). Some of the naysayers will finally have to admit that a neighborhood pool is not only a great…"

"There are several homes for sale in Admirals Landing. Our community owns it's pool and tennis courts and the cost to use all of these amenities are included in your HOA dues which are $440 for 2009."

"you're right, the geist clubhouse is no longer an option. However, the Indianapolis Yacht Club sells social memberships starting at just $287.50 per year (initiation fees will apply, but are nominal). http://iyc.bz/member_info.html"

Pool for the Admiral's neighborhoods?

We currently live around 79th and Sunnyside and are looking to move to a larger home. A neighborhood pool is a must, and while some MLS sheets still say that there is a pool available- I don't think this will continue to be true once the Geist Clubhouse closes. Is my thinking correct or is there another option??
