The dock is located at 11709 Armada Ct, in Masthead. We're in the small cove just north of Fall Creek Rd and just east of Geist Rd. All boats in our cove have to go under a small bridge to get into the main channel. I'm asking $1500 (obo) for the season (May-Oct), covered electric lift included, and can get on the boat from both sides. Geist marina is charging $3300 for a covered slip with a lift. I would ask you to sign a basic lease. However, I would like to have some access/permission to use the boat occasionally during the summer, after checking with you first regarding your boat use plans. I did this last summer with another person and it worked out well; we only used their boat 3 times all summer...which is why I no longer own a boat myself. I have owned 3 boats in the last 10 years and know how to take good care of a boat. We live on a culdesac and parking is not a problem. The walk from our culdesac to the dock is far shorter than the walk you would have at the marina. In addition, I would allow you to store some of your boating equipment on my covered lower deck. The lift has a 5000 lb capacity. Feel free to stop by and check out the dock and access some time.
