Several downtown Noblesville properties not normally open to the public were available to tour as part of this annual event. Writer / Allie Nash Chris Owens is the new executive director of Noblesville Main Street and his passion for the city and its people make him the perfect candidate. A nonprofit organization charged with promoting and developing downtown Noblesville, Main Street has a small office on the south side of the square overlooking the historic city hall.
