Fourth grade teacher at Brook Park Elementary, Kevin Kemper, started a boys club last school year. His club, CAPS (Changing Attitudes and Producing Success) was created to encourage and inspire young boys to strive for their best and to make them into leaders. Trey Esther, a CAPS member and former students of Mr. Kemper’s, nominated Mr. Kemper for the RTV 6 Leadership Award. A Channel 6 repreentative presented Mr. Kemper with his award on Thursday, November 15th at their weekly meeting of CAPS at Brook Park Elementary.
