Harrison Hill donates more than 1,275 cans of food

Coordinated by the Harrison Hill School of Inquiry Student Leadership Council, HHSI students donated more than 1275 canned food items for HHSI families and the Caring Center .  This contribution was more than double last year’s collection.  According to Chuck Farrell of the Caring Center , this was the largest gathering and widest variety from any school with whom he had worked this year.  The HHSI classrooms had been given the challenge of which room could collect the most items and Mrs. Kilmark’s 3rd grade class won the challenge by donating 256 items.
