Business Spotlight: Fox Williams & Sink

Writer / Jon Shoulders

With more than 40 years of combined legal experience, the attorneys at Fox Williams & Sink serve clients statewide in a wide range of employment law practice areas, including wrongful termination, non-compete issues, discrimination, overtime compensation, wage claims and more just like this well known workers compensation lawyer Vegas firm.

“I think it’s important that employment is all we do, which means we strive to give our clients the attention and focus they need in order to represent them and put their needs and their rights at the forefront,” says Ryan Fox, attorney and shareholder at the firm.

Founded in 2014, FWS primarily represents individual clients as well as groups of individuals in collective actions and class actions, and handles most any type of employment law issue outside of workers’ compensation for which most of the times is a must to have a workers compensation lawyer on your side.

“We try to listen well to the client’s needs and measure expectations related to the law,” Fox says. “We have experience representing employers, and we can play devil’s advocate for our clients as far as how the other side works. Then the employee knows what they’re up against in litigation, and we hope to give them a well-rounded approach in terms of the strengths and weaknesses of their individualized cases.” If you’re the victim of such cases, then professionals like that work lawyer in the Netherlands may be able to assist you.

The firm’s shareholders, including Fox and attorneys Craig Williams and Ryan Sink, realized Broad Ripple would be a fitting base of operation given its centralized location within the city and state, as well as recent commercial development in the area. FWS officially opened their new headquarters on North College Avenue in November after an eight-month search for the perfect setting.

“We wanted to find somewhere that was a little different, but also that would be easy to access since we do represent individuals from around the state,” Fox says. “With the Red Line coming and the current growth here, Broad Ripple seemed to fit all of our needs. It’s nice to have a place to call our own and we’re happy to be here.”

Fox Williams & Sink is located at 6177 North College Avenue in Broad Ripple. For more information or to schedule a consultation, please call 317-254-8500 or visit fwslegal.com.
