After 28 years of experience working in Studio 2000 Salon in downtown Indianapolis, owner Linda Williams has created an 80 percent organic skin care line that has recently launched at her salon called Love Me Love You. After years of trying different products and not being completely happy, she decided to create a skin care line that used only the best ingredients, which have a big focus on infusing essential oils.

“I wanted something to use in the spa that was better than what I was used to using”, Williams says. “One of the things I did not see was a skin care line that infused essential oils into the product to really create a sensorial experience, that really takes you somewhere but also had a purpose.”

Her line includes a wide range of skin care and cosmetic products, all using natural ingredients and always incorporating essential oils, usually in higher concentration than other products if possible. Williams strives to make sure everything she uses is certified organic and buys things in season when able to. From cellular water, natural scrubs, charcoal masks to facial cleansers, there is something for everyone. And it all smells amazing.

Some of her new products, like the Formula 368, is a combination of multiple high quality essential oils that you apply to your face after cleansing that helps with skin hydration and breakouts.

Williams started working on her skin care line about two years ago. When trying to think of a name for her new line, she got inspired one evening hanging out with friends on the local Tiki Barge, floating down the White River.

“I wanted the brand to be about loving yourself so you can give to others,” Williams says.

Part of Love Me Love You’s Mission is to donate five percent of our profit to Dress For Success, an organization that helps empower women to achieve economic independence by providing support, business attire for interviews and other tools to help them succeed.

Another thing that’s notable about this line is the price. Williams noticed one bottle of a similar product that is sold at her salon goes for more than $300, where you can purchase most of the Love Me Love You line for the same price.

With the weather changing, don’t forget to treat yourself and your skin to a spa experience. William’s Love Me Love You line is available at Studio 2000 Salon downtown, but she hopes to expand to most places in the future.
