Sharon Moore, owner of Tilly’s Tea Room, didn’t start out with plans to open a whimsical tea room. In fact, her career started in the world of auto racing, where she worked as a camerawoman for the BBC. State Representative Jerry Torr has served in House District 39 for more than 21 years. But it is his volunteer position as a member of the Board for the Carmel Symphony Orchestra that helps keep him grounded in his first true love — music.
