The Forney Group & Jamie Boer Homes Join Forces

Jamie Boer Homes has joined forces with the Eric Forney Group to form a real estate powerhouse that aims to elevate the customer experience. They are partnering up to better serve their clients by offering a concierge real estate experience.
“Our goal is to provide the manpower and resources needed to ensure a successful and stress-free real estate transaction,” Boer says. “Working with our trusted vendor network, we assist with scheduling, pricing and project management. We oversee the project to make sure it is done right. From having your new home cleaned and painted so you can move right in, to staging your existing home, so it sells for more!”

“We all share the same philosophy,” Forney says. “We don’t operate by default for our clients. We drive results for them by doing more than the competition. Jamie has even been known to go walk the family dog for her clients during a showing if no one else was available. That extra level of care is what makes all the difference!”
Both Boer and Forney come from humble beginnings. Both realtors have built their brand and success through hard work and dedication. Boer first met Forney in 2012 at Sherwin Williams, where he was a manager. He was looking for a property, something to flip, so their search began.
“It was actually one of his first flips,” Boer says. “Eric had all of these innovative ideas that made his vision and project exceptional. This experience ignited his passion for real estate and he later got his license. I knew he would excel in the industry because of his drive and commitment to others.”
“Jamie helped me purchase an investment property,” Forney adds. “So, I know, firsthand, what her level of service and expertise looks like.”
The two quickly formed a friendship. As Boer recently branched off on her own, Forney reached out about the potential opportunity of the two joining forces.
“There was no hesitation at the idea of teaming up,” Forney says. “My vision has always been about creating impact for people. We aim to elevate the customer experience and build long-term relationships. Jamie’s core values, as a person, align with that vision. One of her core values is focusing on the needs of others before her own. She genuinely cares about people and helping make their lives better. This was a no-brainer decision.”
