The Reserve at Hamilton Trace, New Independent Living Community in Fishers, to Celebrate Grand Opening
The Public is invited to an Open House Celebration Tuesday, August 11, 3:30 to 6:00 PM
The Reserve is an all-new independent living community that opened recently on the Hamilton Trace campus located just off I-69 in Fishers. An open house celebration will be held the afternoon of August 11th and the public is invited to enjoy the festivities, meet The Reserve’s management team and wellness partners, and tour furnished model homes and community amenities.
The Reserve offers apartment homes and cottages for maintenance-free independent living, with options including the number of bedrooms and baths, walk-in closets, balcony, den and more. Included with a selected apartment or cottage is all interior, exterior and grounds maintenance, plus housekeeping and scheduled transportation. Additional services vary by residence, as does the choice of a rental or residency fee plan.
Community amenities, conveniences and activities available to residents and their guests include chef-prepared meals at the onsite restaurant or café; events, programs and activities designed around resident interests at the community center; a theater featuring current and classic films; and a beauty salon and barber shop.
Helping residents maintain or enhance their health and well-being is the role of The Reserve’s wellness partner, the National Institute for Fitness and Sport. NIFS manages the community’s wellness program, fitness center and exercise classes. An additional partner in resident wellness is Select Home Care, which is available as needed to provide supportive home care services.
Residents also have preferred access to the health services available at Hamilton Trace, if ever needed. These include rehabilitation, assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care. The Hamilton Trace campus is part of the CarDon family of communities owned and/or operated by Bloomington-based CarDon & Associates, which includes 18 locations throughout central and southern Indiana, including ten in the Indianapolis area.
The Reserve at Hamilton Trace is located at 11851 Cumberland Road in Fishers. Visitors are welcome at the open house celebration on August 11th and private consultations can be scheduled by calling (317) 813-4444. For more information, visit www.ReserveAtHamilton.us.
