TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Indianapolis North operator Drew Werling announces today the company is now open for business at its newly constructed, two-story, 9,000 square foot building at 116th St. and I-69 in the heart of Fishers. The address is 11787 Technology Drive Fishers, IN 46038.
Last January, Werling purchased the two acres of land at I-69 and U.S. 37 for the facility, which includes office space, indoor storage, a training facility and truck wash bay. The purchase price of the land and construction cost of the building will not be disclosed. “The entire staff is looking forward to working from our new building. “For us, this move is like going from living a small apartment to a brand new multi-story house,” says operator Drew Werling. “For years we were operating from a strip mall using 1,700 square feet. Now we’ve got 9,000 square feet, all new, with all the luxuries needed to do the best job we can for customers.”
The training center is one of the unique amenities at the new facility. It is modeled after the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK home office training facility in Lansing, Michigan and set up similar to a home with items typically found in a residence—couches, chairs, dishes, beds, tables, pictures, décor and so on. Employees spend three weeks learning packing and moving techniques in the training center.
