Who’s Transforming Women Into Healthier, Happier Beings?

Wouldn’t it be great if women could work out in a fitness studio where they could feel comfortable wearing a t-shirt and yoga pants instead of designer shorts and a matching sports bra? A non-judgmental place where only women are working out with continuous help from an experienced personal trainer who modifies every exercise, every workout, every session, every week. This place already exists in Fishers. It’s called Fit Chicks! and is in the new Kroger plaza off Olio Road.

Fit Chicks is celebrating its 5-year anniversary in the community because it’s a program that really works. The concept is unique in that it provides a convenient, all-inclusive, 3-dimensional health program made up of fitness, nutrition and well-being, all at one location.

The fitness element tailors each workout for women in small groups of no more than four. Each client receives personal attention and specially planned exercises from a qualified trainer. During a workout, you may need to tighten your abs while the ladies next to you might be toning their inner thighs or strengthening their shoulders. The workouts are designed to leave you lean, not bulky, and the interval cardio keeps sessions fun.

“Fit Chicks is a gym like no other — small group training really means just that,” says Tamara Hoffbauer. “I enjoy my biweekly training sessions that are different every time and specifically designed around my goals, fitness level and personal health. “In just over six weeks, I’ve lost weight, my aches and pains are disappearing and I’m eating clean. The nutrition counseling is just what I needed to get my menu back on track. I recommend the free training sessions to anyone who’s considering making a lifestyle change for the better.”

The nutrition component offers one-on-one dietary consultations that ditch the diets and focus on whole foods and repairing your metabolism. You’ll have access to workshops and delicious recipes that satisfy you and your family.

“I can’t say enough about the huge difference that Fit Chicks has made in my life,” says client Linda Radaker. “Beyond losing weight and looking better, I have more energy and feel more positive about life. My migraines have almost disappeared as well, which I did not expect. They have taught me so much about nutrition and food choices.”

Further, Fit Chicks believes in cultivating every woman’s well-being by establishing accountability between her and the coaches who will help set goals and track her progress. The relationships formed between clients on a team and their coaches not only help increase motivation and determination but also provide invaluable, uplifting and supportive contact with others in the community.

“Fit Chicks is amazing! I really appreciate the personal connection I immediately made with Kelli (Manager) and the team,” says Missy Hasten. “If I miss a session or need to take time off, one of them always touches base to ensure I get back on track. The workouts are challenging but realistic for me, so I always walk away feeling good about it, and I’m healthier with Fit Chicks for sure.”

The three coaches: Kelli, Kami and Kay are all knowledgeable and passionate about helping each client transform her body and being into a healthier, happier woman.

Kelli Price, Manager and Head Trainer at Fit Chicks!, invites you to try a free, 14-day trial membership.

“Visit our website or call me and I’ll help you schedule your complimentary first visit,” she says.
