Casler’s Kitchen & Bar: No ticket? No problem.

Chad Seppala, Jack Shultz, and Brad Allen came to Casler’s to share a 100 ounce beer tower.

Are you ready for some football? Across the nation, the answer is a definitive yes. However, without a ticket in hand, game day may seem a bit dull. Never fear, football fans. Casler’s Kitchen & Bar has got you covered. Instead of fighting bumper-to-bumper traffic and long lines to the restroom, Casler’s brings the game to you.

Throughout football season, fans flock to Casler’s in order to experience the game in high definition. Surrounded by over 40 televisions and a state-of-the-art sound system, fans never miss a play. “It gives the feeling of being at the game without actually being downtown,” says General Manager Rosa LeBeau. “There is not a seat in the house where you can’t clearly see the football game.”

With rotating drink specials targeted specifically for football fans, every seat is taken, and every glass is full. Many of the pigskin favorites are back, including buckets of beer and 100 ounce beer towers, filled with any one of the 30 draft options.

Various football specials are promoted on game days throughout the week. Thursday Night Football scores big with a $17 pitcher and large pizza deal. Monday Night Football is a win for the kids since they eat for free in the family dining area.

Besides the crystal clear televisions, seven high-definition projectors and the great football food favorites, why would fans choose to watch the game at Casler’s? The answer is simple: the crowd interaction and contagious enthusiasm created by the employees sets Casler’s apart from other sports bars.

One highlight is halftime which brings contests involving audience participation. This season’s challenge is for a randomly selected fan to throw a football through a dangling tire placed above the stage. Raising the stakes, the microphoned manager often sweetens the pot by offering to buy food and drinks for entire tables if the thrower is successful. This results in rowdy cheers or disappointed groans, depending on the end result.

Casler’s uses commercial breaks as opportunities to brew excitement with raffle drawings and valuable giveaways. Winners walk away with items like iPad minis, official Colts jerseys, gift cards and more. “People love it because these are fun prizes that they actually want to win,” Rosa says. “It’s not your typical T-shirt giveaway.”

Technically Casler’s is deemed a sports bar; however, they are also considered a live music venue. Every Friday and Saturday night, a different live band rocks the bar, making this intimate setting feel like a private concert. Local customer Dave Hodges says, “Casler’s always spotlights good bands. Couple that with a friendly staff and a large selection of local brews. What’s not to like?” Striking a delicate balance between sport and song, Casler’s is a versatile option for local entertainment seekers.

Casler’s is a family owned and operated business. For the last four years, the Fonseca family has kept it community and family oriented, and as a result, they have found success with their multidimensional customers. While much of Casler’s focus revolves around the 21 and over crowd, there is a spacious family dining area for little ones to show their team spirit. Without the fear of being too noisy, families can relax while bonding over fantasy teams and fantastic pizza.

No ticket for the big game? Relax, football fanatics. Grab some friends, sip a brew and come join the Casler’s experience.
