On March 1, 2019, Kucic Associates Realty entered a partnership with international real estate company, Engel & Völkers. Their first 100 days since rebranding as Engel & Völkers Indianapolis has been an exciting time for the company as they continue serving Indianapolis, Fishers, Carmel, Geist, Broad Ripple, McCordsville, Fortville, Noblesville and Zionsville.
Now they can offer clients even more extensive marketing reach through the additional resources available to them as part of Engel & Völkers.
“It was a challenge in some ways to get everything up and going and still keep business as usual, but I’ll tell you we are so glad we did this,” says License Partner Jeff Kucic. “The extent of the marketing is fantastic. Through increased internet syndication, we have been able to obtain business and expand the things we can do that we weren’t able to just as Kucic Associates Realty.”
Worldwide, Engle & Völkers is known for specializing in premium residential property as well as commercial real estate, yachts and aircraft. However, Engle & Völkers Indianapolis is focused on the local area.
Currently, they have listings for dwellings that range from $140,000 for a three-bedroom home in Anderson to more than $1.5M for expansive estates in Hamilton Proper. Many of the offerings in their portfolio are priced around $500,000, but also presently included is a $269,900 condo in the Saxony development.
“Engle & Völkers is a very cohesive group, a high-end luxury brand, but it doesn’t mean you’re just up here on the scale of ‘Hey, we only do $800,000 and $3M houses.’ We do every day. This is Indiana. So, we give the $100,000 to $300,000 homes the same service,” Kucic adds.
“I love the expression, ‘Luxury is the experience, but not the price point,’” says Real Estate Advisor and Partner, Matt Steed.
When asked what the response has been regarding the rebranding, Kucic points at the flat screen hanging behind him.
“This is what we call our shop TV, and it goes to every Engel & Völkers shop within the United States and Canada,” he says. “All our listings are put on here. The overall things clients have said to us are about the increased exposure we can now offer.
“We set expectations with our service and hopefully exceed them with the Engle & Völkers program,” Kucic adds. “We can do what nobody else can do.”
