Geist Jazzercize Reflects on a 10-Year Partnership
In 2014, atGeist.com isn’t the only company celebrating its 10th anniversary. Geist Jazzercise also marked that milestone this year, and owner Heidi Tumbarello says she’s relied on atGeist.com since the beginning to help make her fitness center a familiar name among locals.
“Personally, I love atGeist.com. I can read what’s going on. I live in this neighborhood and I like finding out about other businesses and people who live here,” said Tumbarello.
The ads she’s placed in the Geist Community Newsletter over the past decade have given her business consistent exposure. The newsletter has become a fixture in the community, much like publisher Tom Britt.
“Tom is super visible; he’s always out and about in the community. He’s engaged in the community and a promoter of the community,” said Tumbarello.
Their advertising partnership has not only succeeded over the years because it gives her business local exposure, but because it’s also stress-free. Placing an ad doesn’t require any work on my part, said Tumbarello.
“Tom pretty much does everything for me. He emails me. I send him a link to our corporate website and he puts the ad together. It really can’t get any easier,” she said.
“I’m looking forward to many more years of collaboration,” says Tumbarello.
