Tony Jackson, owner of Bolden’s Cleaning and Restoration Service, might have saved the day for Frasier Crane on the sitcom if he offered to restore his dad’s favorite comfy chair. Still, Jackson has saved the day for plenty of his fans doing just that for 30 years.
The Noblesville carpet and upholstery cleaning and restoration service has helped countless families not just with routine cleaning but with clean up when disaster strikes. It takes a lot to trust someone with restoring your favorite furniture, and Jackson has been that trusted source that ensures customers help is on the way. That’s why their coupons, Bolden’s Bucks, say “In Bolden’s We Trust.”
A local boy born and raised in Noblesville, Jackson has been a part of Bolden’s nearly from the beginning when the Bolden family ran its service out of the back of a van. Starting in the 80s, the Bolden’s service was family-run, and since Jackson is related to the family on his maternal side, he fit right in. Although in the early days, Bolden’s concentrated just on cleaning carpet and upholstery, their services have expanded through the years.
“Now about half of our business is carpet and upholstery and half is water damage restoration,” Jackson says.
Running the business is a big job now that Jackson is the only one at the helm. After starting in 1988 as a carpet cleaning technician, working his way up to a restoration technician, Jackson became part owner of the business with his cousin in 2004. But his cousin recently retired, making Jackson the sole owner. Through the years, he kept his passion for his work.
“I love it. I live and breathe it,” Jackson says. “I’m a simple person and I like to help people, especially when they’re in a bind. When you do, the rewards come back to you.”
Jackson believes in the restoration services so much that at one point, he says his home was furnished with restored furniture.
Jackson’s team of 20 people are well-trained and know how to handle any type of stain or spill, no matter how bad, and they handle each water or fire damage emergency with great care. The team has grown the business all by word of mouth and customer satisfaction.
Bolden’s quality speaks for itself. In their building off of highway 32 sits an enormous warehouse in which they work their cleaning magic. An ozone room stores smoke damaged furniture, while ions are being pumped through the vents to remove the toxic odors. Massive washing machines launder draperies and upholstery. Bolden’s even cleans oriental rugs.
Bolden’s comes to the rescue even if disaster doesn’t strike. Bolden Maid services can rescue you from all your cleaning chores you never seem to have enough time to do. Bolden Maids will come in and do anything from simple cleaning like vacuuming and dusting to deep cleaning like scrubbing bathrooms, appliances, tile, fixtures and more.
