The student council members at Belzer Middle School are accepting items to send to troops overseas for the holidays. The items will be gathered and distributed to the soldiers from a list that will be gathered by the student council. The following is a list of items that are allowed by military guidelines:
· Small bottles of shampoo (travel size or hotel size)
· Small packs of baby wipes or body wipes
· Chap stick
· Toothbrushes
· Toothpaste
· Hard candy that is wrapped
· Gum
· Playing cards
· Ziploc baggies
· Pencils
· Pens
· Magazines
· Game books (crosswords, word search)
· Lotion (non scented)
· Socks
· Individual packaged snacks
· Soap
· Sun block
· Q-tips
· Pain relievers
· Kleenex, toilet paper
· Deodorant
· Glasses wipes
